Error TM_0016: No manufactured terminal found for the given serial number
Symptom
When trying to register a new terminal, you see the error:
TM_0016: No manufactured terminal found for the given serial number.
What this means
This error occurs when the terminal has not been correctly linked to your merchant account during shipment from our warehouse. As a result, the system cannot find the terminal under your account when you attempt to register it.
How to resolve it

Wait for confirmation.
This process usually takes only a couple of minutes. -
Register the terminal again.
Once the linking has been completed, please try the registration process again. It should now succeed without errors.
