If you are experiencing issues when trying to perform a transaction, please try the following actions:
- Log out from Surfpay.
- Go to Play Store -> Surfpay -> Update
- Log in to Surfpay.
- Click "Register terminal".
- If you receive an error message, click at the bottom to Reinstall the PIN app and follow the steps including allowing permissions.
You should now be able to accept payments again. If the issue still remains, contact support for further assistance.
