How can I update my bank account for payouts?

At this time, the merchant portal does not offer a self-service option for changing your payout account. This means that if you need to update your payout information, you cannot do so directly through the portal interface.

To facilitate this change, we kindly ask you to submit a support ticket. By doing so, our dedicated support team will be able to assist you in processing your request efficiently.

When submitting your ticket, please include all relevant information, such as the new account details you wish to set up, your DBAN information, and a screenshot that displays this information along with your name and company.
