How do I perform a return in Surfpay?

To do a return in Surfpay, you need to (either in your Surfpay POS app, or on the SurfpayOne terminal), click on the transaction you'd like to return, then scroll to the bottom and initiate a return from there.

Note that you need to perform a full refund (currently) and to the same payment method that was used during the purchase. If a card was used, the same card needs to be present at the refund moment.
