      Is there a commitment period on Surfpay?

      1. If you are just using the Surfpay app:
        No, there is no commitment period. You can use the app freely without any contractual obligation.

      2. If you purchase an additional hardware terminal, Surfpay One:
        No, there is no commitment period when you purchase the Surfpay One terminal for the fixed fee of 1,999kr. Once you buy it, it’s yours with no further obligations.

      3. If you rent the Surfpay One terminal:
        Yes, there is a 36-month commitment period for renting the Surfpay One terminal. If you choose to end the contract early, you have the option to pay the remaining commitment fee.

      Please note that the Surfpay account itself does not have any commitment period.
