SurfPrint: Get started

It’s easy to get started. The SurfPrint terminal is pre-configured when you receive it with your merchant.

Before you begin, please ensure that your package contains all necessary components, including the terminal, the charging cable, and other accessories. If anything appears to be missing or damaged, get in touch with our support team immediately.

🚨 Caution: The terminal is equipped with security mechanisms designed to detect any tampering or alterations to its hardware. Even seemingly insignificant modifications, can set off these mechanisms, flagging the terminal as compromised. Once a device is marked as compromised, it is automatically blocked from further use as a security measure.
