Unexpected error occurred
Please try to restart your terminal:
- Press and hold the power button
for a few seconds until the screen turns off
- Wait for a few seconds, then press the power button
again to turn it back on
If the issue persists:
- Carefully remove the battery from the terminal
- Wait at least 30 seconds, then reinsert the battery
- Turn the terminal back on

Terminal registration errors
If you see a message saying this terminal is already registered or this terminal doesn’t belong to this merchant or similar errors while registering your terminal for the first time, contact support immediately.
Connection errors
Connection errors usually occur due to issues with the internet connection or hardware connectivity. Check your Wi-Fi connection and make sure your terminal is properly connected. If the problem persists, restart the terminal and try again.
Card read errors
Card read errors can happen when the card is not inserted or read properly or if there’s an issue with the card itself. Ensure that the card is clean, undamaged, and is being inserted correctly in the card reader.
To try contactless payments again, wait a couple of seconds and then hold the card on the top of the terminal screen until the card is successfully read.
Payment errors
Payment errors could be due to various reasons including insufficient funds, network issues, or issues with the payment gateway. Retry the payment when the issues have been resolved.
