No print or blank receipts:
- Ensure the thermal side of the paper is facing up.
- Verify that the latch is securely closed.
- Make sure the paper roll is not empty.
Faint or unclear print:
- Check that you're using compatible thermal paper (58 mm wide).
- Avoid paper that is damp or has been exposed to heat.
- Try a new roll from a verified supplier.
Paper not feeding correctly:
- Open the latch and check if the paper is jammed. Clear the path and reload.
- Inspect for dirt or debris near the feed rollers and clean if needed.
