SurfPrint: Troubleshooting Printing Issues

No print or blank receipts:

  • Ensure the thermal side of the paper is facing up.
  • Verify that the latch is securely closed.
  • Make sure the paper roll is not empty.

Faint or unclear print:

  • Check that you're using compatible thermal paper (58 mm wide).
  • Avoid paper that is damp or has been exposed to heat.
  • Try a new roll from a verified supplier.

Paper not feeding correctly:

  • Open the latch and check if the paper is jammed. Clear the path and reload.
  • Inspect for dirt or debris near the feed rollers and clean if needed.
