When you create your products in either the Merchant Dashboard or in your SurfpayOne terminal, you can change the VAT. Note that you cannot change this in the Surfpay POS app currently. To edit VAT for the products visible in the Surfpay POS app, you need to login to your Merchant Portal with your Surfpay credentials: https://surfboardmerchant.com/products/
