You can always access transaction data by navigating to the sales tab, selecting a period and downloading the transactions for that period in Excel format, in your Merchant Portal: https://surfboardmerchant.com/sales/
We will also be sending out payout reports to your registered email, showing all transactions done during the period and deducted fees for each transaction. The payout report will specify which transactions are included in the payout and the associated fees for each transaction. The payout report can be used as supporting documentation for the payment you receive in your account.
