To accept payments using SurfPad, follow these steps:
1. If your SurfPad is turned off, turn it on and wait until you see the idle screen
2. Create an order from your system. Once you initiate an order, “Waiting for cashier” will be shown on the SurfPad
3. Create a card payment from your system. SurfPad will now display the total amount to be paid. Customers can now pay by contactless card payment or by inserting the card
4. Once the transaction is complete, SurfPad displays a payment success screen
Note: Occasionally, SurfPad may prompt the customer to enter a PIN. In certain instances, it may also ask the customer to insert their card for processing the payment.
