Connection errors usually occur due to issues with the internet connection or hardware connectivity. Check your Wi-Fi connection and make sure your SurfPad is properly connected. If the problem persists, restart the terminal and try again.
Note: The most common error is that the network connection is lost. This can usually be solved by waiting for a couple of seconds so the terminal can reconnect. If it doesn’t reconnect, you can force a restart by longpress the On/Off button until the screen goes black. Then start the terminal again.
