If the SurfPad fails to connect during setup, a Connection Error screen will be displayed.
To resolve this, do one of the following:
1. If WiFi is previously configured, to attempt WiFi connection, press the number keys in the following order - 9 4 3 4
2. To connect to the mobile network, press the number keys in the following order - 4 7 6 0
3. To manually select a WiFi network, press the number keys in the following order - 6 2 6 8
4. To force a server connection, press the Cancel key on the keypad.
After SurfPad is connected to either WiFi or mobile network, it will connect to Surfboard servers.
