If payments are not working, please check these tips out while you contact support
If the thing that shouldn't happen happens. Our terminals refuse payments to go through, you can quickly test these solutions:
1. Restart the terminal. Simply hold down the power button of your terminal (or device if you use CheckoutX SoftPOS) and then start the device up again.
2. Restart your WiFi router. A potential error could be that something is wrong with your internet connection. Our terminals jump over to GSM for these occasions, but there might be a true/false signal coming from your router, meaning it states that you have internet but no connection is alive.
