      Where is my reference ID?

      To locate your reference ID in the Surfboard Merchant Portal:

      1. Transaction History: The reference ID is typically found within the transaction details. Navigate to the Transaction History in your Sales tab section and click on the transaction in question to view its details. The reference ID will be listed prominently.

      2. Settlement Reports: If you're reviewing a batch of transactions, the reference ID may also be found in your settlement reports, which provide detailed summaries of transactions processed in a specific period.

      3. Receipt: If you have the receipt for the transaction, the reference ID is usually printed on it.

      4. Support Team: If you still cannot locate your reference ID, please reach out to our support team with any related information you have, such as transaction date, amount, and cardholder details. They will help you find the reference ID. support@surfboardpayments.com
