Troubleshooting Steps

  • Authentication Failed:

    • Ensure two-factor authentication codes are correct and not expired.
  • Transaction Declined:
    • Check with the issuing bank for details.
    • Ensure the card is not expired or blocked.
    • Try using a different payment method.
  • Insufficient Funds:
    • Check account balance.
    • Add funds to the account.
    • Use an alternative payment method.
  • Network Error:
    • Check internet connection.
    • Restart the router or switch to a different network.
    • Retry the transaction after ensuring a stable connection.
  • Payment Timeout:
    • Ensure a stable internet connection.
    • Avoid refreshing or closing the browser during the transaction.
